L'hotel offers 152 rooms and suites, four private Villas, three restaurants, two bars, a floating pool on the lake, a Beauty Center and a Sporting Club with indoor pool, fitness center, sauna and Turkish bath, fitness trails, 8 tennis courts, and a curated selection of activities and experiences to savour the magic of the lake and its sourroundings.
Celebrating its 150th season this year, Villa d’Este hosts special events and activities and welcomes an exceptional opening until January 2023.

Position Summary
As a Bellman you will be contributing to the arrival and departure experience of all our guests.

In this Role You Will
- Display the highest level of professionalism to create a sense of welcoming upon arrival and a warm farewell departure experience for all our guests
- Ensure a flawless arrival, in-room and departure luggage delivery experience
- Maintain appropriate cleanliness of hotel entrance areas
- Assist guests with requests by demonstrating good knowledge about our room product, services and experiences
- Maintain an efficient coordination with all team members to ensure the highest level of efficiency and collaboration
- Anticipate guest needs by showing an authentic interest in preferences to ensure a personalized approach
- Take an active involvement in ensuring quality standards are executed consistently
- Ensure the highest level of confidentiality protecting guests’ privacy and information
- Use the property systems to address and track tasks and requests
