Sto Italia S.r.l, leading company in the construction sector, is looking for a

**Domestic Operations Coordinator & 3PL**

Purpose of the Position: Ensure efficient management and control of warehouse operations, under direct and indirect control, by achieving agreed service and budget levels.

**Core Tasks**:
1. Coordinate the activities of the different warehouses in the Italian territory.

2. Ensure the achievement of productivity targets identified by the Company.

3. Analyze KPIs related to warehouse activities.

4. Implement WCL/Lean best practices for both productivity and process optimization.

5. Manage and coordinate the activities of the internal and external work team.

Pay-Scale Grouping: Employee/Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Warehouse Coordination:

- Coordinate and oversee activities across various warehouses in Italy.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between different warehouse locations.

2. Productivity Targets:

- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed productivity targets set by the Company.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate warehouse performance against established goals.

3. KPI Analysis:

- Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving performance based on KPI data.

4. Process Optimization:

- Implement WCL/Lean best practices to enhance productivity and optimize warehouse processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to streamline operations.

5. Team Management:

- Manage and coordinate the activities of the internal and external work team.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment, ensuring team members are aligned with organizational goals.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- University degree in management engineering or economic field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent command of the English language (minimum level B2).
- Experience with SAP-ERP
- Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and best practices.

RAL/GAP depending on experience
