**Posizione**:
**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our young and highly talented team. You will work closely with our Admin Manager and provide support to other members of the management team. For this role, you must be an adept problem solver who excels in building processes and effectively communicates with stakeholders in various projects. You have a deep understanding of prioritisation to make sure that projects and requests are lined up to have the highest value. You are confident and competent in making sound decisions with confidential matters. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and enjoys being on top of things.

**Sample of daily activities**
- Provide secretarial and administrative support primarily to the Admin & HR Manager of the organisation and to other members of the management team.
- Manage invoicing processes, clients and suppliers, and relationships with our accounting supplier.
- Processing payment information, handling highly confidential documents, and accessing highly discretional information.
- Organise travel schedules, prepare itineraries and all logistics involved (hotels, transport, arranging visas if applicable, etc.) and manage expense reports.
- Organise and coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Maintain the smooth running of the office and managed the supplies for the team.
- Follow up on deadlines and relevant action points.
- Collect signatures for legal purposes and hold responsibility for proper filing.
- Provide a point of contact for both internal & external.
- Review documents (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, word documents, etc.).

**Requisiti**:
**For this role, you need to have**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving attitude with good attention to details
- Experience in working under pressure and juggling conflicting priorities.
- Versatility in addressing potential new duties assigned.
- Teamwork spirit, curious mindset, and a solid drive to learn and grow professionally

**Nice to have**:

- BSc Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Any specific work experience is required, but we will take any work experience you have into account
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Intermediate Excel user preferable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Proficient English understanding and written production

This is a full-time position based in Modena, Italy. We will expect you to work on-site (in the office).
