**La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio Compliance come Data & Privacy Protection Specialist a supporto del Referente privacy, nello specifico si occuperà di**:

- fornire indicazioni in merito agli adempimenti ex GDPR in ottica di consulenza interna a supporto dei vari dipartimenti (Risorse umane, Marketing, Approvvigionamento, Servizi IT);
- sviluppare e mantenere il Sistema di Gestione della Privacy (politiche, procedure, linee guida, modelli, materiali formativi);
- supportare la regolare esecuzione dei processi operativi sulla privacy (inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo, redazione di accordi sul trattamento dei dati, aggiornamento del registro delle attività di trattamento, monitoraggio di terze parti);
- identificare le aree di miglioramento nelle pratiche interne relative alla gestione della data protection e supportare la mitigazione dei rischi in tutta l'azienda;
- assistere nella gestione delle richieste degli interessati o delle violazioni dei dati.

**Requisiti di base**:

- Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Scienze Giuridiche
- Esperienza mínima

**Competenze richieste**:

- Approccio pratico finalizzato alla risoluzione dei problemi.
- Capacità di comprendere e interpretare i requisiti normativi e le implicazioni aziendali, valutare i rischi e fornire una consulenza concisa focalizzata sul business.
- Approccio proattivo, orientato a una pronta collaborazione e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Capacità di stabilire le priorità e gestire il proprio carico di lavoro in autonomia.
