Cerchiamo una persona, desiderosa di far parte della nostra squadra nella figura di **Responsabile** **HSE Health, Safety & Environment.**

La persona individuata sarà incaricata di sviluppare, implementare e monitorare i programmi e le politiche aziendali relative alla salute, sicurezza sul lavoro e alla gestione ambientale, assicurando la conformità alle normative vigenti e promuovendo una cultura della sicurezza all'interno dell'azienda.

**Cosa ti chiederemo di fare**:

- Sviluppare e implementare strategie, politiche e programmi HSE in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e le normative vigenti (in conformità al D.Lgs. 81/2008, D. Lgs 152/2006);
- Condurre la valutazione dei rischi, identificando le aree di miglioramento e implementando azioni preventive e correttive;
- Contribuire all’attuazione di politiche ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance);
- Organizzare formazioni periodiche per i dipendenti su temi relativi alla sicurezza, alla salute sul lavoro e alla gestione ambientale;
- Supervisionare le procedure di emergenza e di evacuazione, assicurando che tutti i dipendenti siano adeguatamente formati per rispondere in caso di emergenza;
- Gestire le ispezioni e gli audit interni ed esterni, preparando report dettagliati e piani di azione in collaborazione con l’organismo di vigilanza 231;
- Collaborare con i reparti aziendali per integrare le pratiche HSE nel quotidiano operato dell'azienda;
- Aggiornare la direzione sull'andamento dei programmi HSE e su eventuali incidenti o non conformità;
- Gestire le relazioni con enti regolatori, fornitori e altre parti interessate in materia di HSE e con il medico competente.

**Cosa devi necessariamente possedere**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale, Sicurezza sul Lavoro o titolo equivalente;
- In possesso di attestato per la qualifica di RSPP ed almeno 5 anni di esperienza in aziende manifatturiere di medie dimensioni;
- Esperienza nella gestione di audit e ispezioni HSE;
- Conoscenza técnica del D. Lgs. 81/2008 e del D. Lgs 152/2026.

**In più se possiedi**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Doti di leadership e di gestione del personale;
- Ottima capacità di comunicazione, sia scritta che verbale;
- Competenze informatiche, inclusa la familiarità con software specifici HSE e pacchetti Office.
