Join us**What you will do**:
- As a Functional Expert in the Metering and Smart Grid field, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
- Managing the evolution of the Gridspertise Advanced Meter Infrastructure processes to support the evolutions of the managed technologies;
- Managing the evolution of the Gridspertise Headend processes to support the evolutions related to the adoption of DLMS/COSEM and IEC61968-8 standard;
- Supporting the Operation Unit in the specific product incident management;
- Collaborating with Product Owners and other stakeholders to define functional and non functional requirements and elaborate the products Business UseCase;
- Producing product Use Case Specification, Glossaries and Supplementary Requirements, working closely with the Analysis and Design team to ensure the correct translation of functional and non functional requirements into design artifact and consequent implementation artifacts (source code, configuration items,);
- Collaborating with the Test team to draft the functional, non functional and end to end test cases and suites for system acceptance test and user acceptance test and in executing the user acceptance test;
- Supporting the product owner in participating in sales and pre-sales activities, analyzing, and answering to specific opportunities and tenders; Contributing to the development of all the necessary materials and tools for training for the product.**Who you are**:
- Master or University degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or High-school degree and 10 years working experience for IT companies.- Proven experience of 5+ years in the role and in the specific domain and advanced proficiency in English.- As an **Advanced Meter Infrastructure Functional Expert** and an **AMI Head End System Functional Expert**:
- Industry-specific knowledge in Advanced Metering Infrastructure domain.- As a **Functional Expert in Smart Grid Domain**:
- Knowledge related to main difficulties and solutions to operate a grid with high penetration of DERS;
- Experience on system integration;
- Experience about TLC networks;
- Knowledges related to energy sector, especially on asset operation, like electrical grid;
- Knowledges related to remote control and automation;
- Knowledges about protocols commonly used for the communication device to device and device to systems;
- Knowledges related to SCADA, OMS, DERMS etc. systems commonly used by DSO.

**Following characteristics are considered a plus**:
- Experience in Software companies in the Smart Grids space;
- Proficiency in other languages: Italian, Spanish.
