Milano e provinciaInternational Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a Marketing Product ManagerAs an individual contributor, responsible for executing Marketing goals and objectives based on guidance and recommendations from senior management and in support of more senior members of Marketing.Provides support for team on tactic development and implementation.Coordinates projects with external agencies, including advertising and medical education vendors on the development of programs, presentations and promotional materials based on parameters established by more senior managers.Coordinates vendors involved in development of presentations for obtaining legal and medical review of content.Supports team on Promotion Review Committee (PRC) to ensure proposed tactics are reviewed and signed off in alignment with tjhe company policies.Assists in development of branding, messaging and positioning marketing for product within an area of focus (Promotions, Opinion Leader Program, etc.).Takes the lead on smaller, less complex tactical projects within the department & Assist in development of non-routine plan of action or may independently developroutine plan of action.Interfaces with market research to ensure market and competitive learning is translated to the brand team.Ensures all marketing activities are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.Requisiti:
Working knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical markets - must
Demonstrates an ability to execute against tactical objectives provided by senior leaders both within Marketing and outside of the function.
Demonstrates excellent project management skills including setting and meeting timelines, monitoring vendor activities, anticipating issues that may arise and seeking solutions.
Demonstrates ability to articulate issues and outcomes to senior managers, to answer questions or resolve issues.
Demonstrates an ability to proactively review data and to accomplish tasks with limited direction.
Demonstrates ability to successfully interact with other functions on projects that involve negotiation and collaboration with cross-functional peers and more senior management levels.
Demonstrates an understanding of Gilead core values and ways of working.
Must be proficient in MS Office and quantitative analysis
