**Profile Description**:
**Qualifications and skills**:

- PhD in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry or a related discipline, with at least two years Post Doc experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative and team environment.
- Ability to plan, troubleshoot and successfully execute efficient synthetic routes to novel compounds in a timely manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including fluency in English.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment will be considered a plus.
