PROJECT MANAGER - TELECOMUNICAZIONI

La risorsa, riportando alla direzione, si occuperà di:

- Gestire l'intero ciclo delle commesse assegnate partendo dalla gestione e relativa allocazione di risorse fino ad arrivare all'esecuzione della fase finale in cantiere (70% lavoro in ufficio e 30% lavoro on field)
- Interagire costantemente con i reparti operativi e tecnici del Cliente esterno (IT, Facility);
- Supervisionare il corretto avanzamento di una commessa nel rispetto degli standard tecnici, qualitativi, temporali del progetto e coordinare i vari stakeholders che intervengono nel processo, mantenendo buone relazioni con il cliente finale.
- Interagire costantemente con i reparti operativi e tecnici interni dell'azienda (Sales, Purchasing, Delivery), coordinando e supervisionando il personale in campo;
- Coordinare e monitorare le squadre di intervento tecnico di aziende in subcontracting (Installatori, capi-cantiere);
- Ricercare ed implementare le best practices per la gestione delle commesse, in ottica di miglioramento continuo;
- Lavorare all'unità del gruppo di lavoro e alla condivisione tra i membri del team, contribuendo al positivo rapporto di lavoro tra i colleghi.

Requisiti professionali:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2/3 anni;
- Laurea in Ingegneria o diploma di Geometra;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Francese;
- Disponibile a brevi trasferte sul territorio della Lombardia (70%) e sul territorio nazionale (30%).

Flessibilità, precisione, capacità di problem solving e buone capacità relazionali completano il profilo.

Retribuzione e inquadramento saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza maturata nel ruolo.
