La **“Cooperativa Roma Solidarietà”** - Società Cooperativa Sociale promossa dalla Caritas di Roma, è stata fondata nel 1997 con lo scopo di gestire i servizi educativi, sociali e sanitari promossi dalla diocesi presso la città Roma per l’assistenza di persone in condizione di bisogno e di difficoltà. Attualmente la CRS ha in gestione 50 centri operativi, tra cui comunità di alloggio, mense sociali, case famiglia, centri di ascolto, ambulatori medici, centri di formazione e di assistenza domiciliare, etc., che si rivolgono a cittadini italiani e stranieri, senza distinzione di etnia, cultura o religione. Con oltre 200 soci e dipendenti, la cooperativa ad oggi si presenta come un punto di riferimento tra le aziende del terzo settore presenti su Roma ed è impegnata a realizzare, sia autonomamente che in regime di convenzione con enti pubblici e privati, migliori condizioni sociali e professionali per le persone più bisognose, in sintonia con i principi cristiani ecumenici e pastorali, con i valori che sono alla base del movimento cooperativo, nonché con gli ideali e la “mission” della Caritas diocesana di Roma.

**Chi stiamo cercando?**

Una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di **Fundraising Data Analyst**. La persona selezionata si occuperà di organizzare e sistematizzare i dati informativi dell’ufficio, relativi ai donatori acquisiti e potenziali, tramite il software informatico GIVE®; avrà cura di gestire il patrimonio informativo, verificando che i dati in esso contenuti siano normalizzati, fruibili e complient con la nuova GDPR; si occuperà di analizzare e interpretare le informazioni rispetto agli obiettivi di raccolta fondi prefissati, coerentemente con le attività operative svolte dall’Ufficio e con le campagne di raccolta fondi da esso promosse; avrà il compito di elaborare report periodici, necessari per il monitoraggio ordinario dei risultati, e report ad hoc per eventuali attività straordinarie o eventi occasionali.

**Principali attività**
- Affianca i volontari nell’attività di data entry e cura direttamente, all’occorrenza,
- l’inserimento dei dati in GIVE®, verificandone la correttezza e la normalizzazione;
- Gestisce il trasferimento dei dati donativi dal web e dai social media in GIVE®;
- Produce report, statistiche e analisi di dettaglio a supporto delle attività dell’Ufficio;
- Elabora analisi ad hoc in accordo e su richiesta del coordinatore e del responsabile dell’Ufficio;
- Gestisce le mailing list per le attività di direct marketing.

**Competenze tecniche**
- Ottima conoscenza del software informatico GIVE®;
- Ottima conoscenza della suite MS Office con focus specifico su Excel;
- Abilità nell’utilizzo di strumenti di Business Intelligence;
- Dimestichezza nell’uso di tecniche di Data Visualization.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Informatica o Scienze Statistiche;
- Esperienze pregressa nel ruolo maturata in contesti non profit;
- Nice to have: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
