**Crew Experience Specialist**:
**Your life on board**:
As part of the onboard Human Resources team, you will be fully dedicated to the execution of Costa crew experience ensuring a high standard and quality on all the touchpoints.

**Demonstrate your passion**:
You will coordinate and deliver, to all crew, a rich calendar of activities such as: welcome and farewell, entertainment, wellbeing, recognition, celebrations, and employer branding programs, to foster crew integration and engagement.

You will regularly monitor the main crew services effectiveness as per “Crew Voice” data reports and investigate crew needs and expectations via focus groups to propose improvements and innovation.

**Getting Things Right**:
You will collaborate with shoreside Employer Branding team to ensure that all crew communication is in line with the tone of voice of the Costa Employee Value Proposition and related graphic guidelines.

**Safety First**:
As company values Ambassador, you will fully represent the company culture and W.I.D.E.R. Traits.

**What makes you unique**:
You have indulged your passion by obtaining bachelor’s degree (preferrable in human resources or humanities).
You have previous experience on board Cruise ships (mandatory).
You have a good command of the English language at least at B2 level and Italian language at least at B1 level.
You have time management and planning capabilities, Internal customer orientation, good communication's skills, and stakeholder management.
It represents a plus if you have covered a similar position (onboard or on land), in people interaction & caring, management or employee's engagement programs.
