- We have an opportunity for a **Legal Officer** in our Global Legal & Compliance Department located in **Rome**.
**Main activities**:
Reporting to Italy Legal Head,
- Reviews contracts and legal documents across business initiatives as well as procurement services activities of Angelini Pharma Spa.
- Works cross-functionally with the business unit of Angelini Pharma Spa requiring legal support as needed to further the company’s day-to-day objectives.
- Assists in the maintenance of the contract database platform.
- Collaborates to generate and update contract templates.
**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in Law
- 3+ years in the comparable role in Life Sciences Law Firms or in the pharmaceutical industry legal departments
- Proficiency in MS Office + Word + Excel + Power Points command
- Fluent Italian and English
- Excellent contract drafting skills
- Capacity to provide practical, business-focused advice
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Stress management
