Supply Materials Manager

L'Azienda committente è uno dei primi player mondiali del settore della produzione di apparecchiature e sistemi elettrici, con più di 13k dipendenti suddivisi su 25 sedi produttive.

Realtà multinazionale con un fatturato annuo di circa 3 miliardi, è presente in Italia da oltre 30 anni e in provincia di Pordenone con un Plant dotato di moderne tecnologie produttive.

Responsabilità:
Mansione e tasks

Sarà responsabile della pianificazione e dell'approvvigionamento di tutti i materiali (materie prime, componenti semilavorati e prodotti finiti) relativi allo stabilimento. Il Supply Materials Manager coordinerà e gestirà un team composto da quattro risorse, impiegate in attività di Planning e di Procurement e riporterà al Region Supply Materials Manager.

Si occuperà di:

- Definire, pianificare e monitorare i vari flussi di materiale in riferimento allo stabilimento stesso, al fine di garantire la corretta produzione di prodotti make to stock, make to order, engineer to order in base alle esigenze dei clienti;
- Analizzare e calcolare i Gap di inventario nella rete di distribuzione rispetto ai parametri di stock stabiliti dal Team Demand planning;
- Pianificare settimanalmente con utilizzo di Software MRP il fabbisogno produttivo necessario per far fronte alle previsioni di vendita, analizzando le scorte in magazzino;
- Pianificare e programmare gli ordini di produzione e le lavorazioni conto terzi valutando le performance produttive e garantendo un servizio tempestivo ai clienti;
- Analizzare e monitorare gli avanzamenti produttivi attraverso il gestionale SAP, assicurando la correttezza delle date di consegna;
- Redigere report relativi ai KPI settimanali;
- Organizzare meeting di allineamento con il Team Manufacturing;
Requisiti
- Pregressa esperienza (almeno 5 anni) in mansioni di coordinamento o operative in area Supply Chain (Scheduling / Production Planning, Procurement), preferibilmente all'interno di realtà strutturate e internazionali
- Conoscenza della logica di funzionamento di distinte basi e cicli di lavoro
- Buona Leadership nella conduzione e gestione di risorse
- Ottime doti comunicative e capacità di relazionarsi efficacemente con gli stakeholders
- Capacità di analisi e Problem solving
- Laurea in ambito ingegneristico o economico
- Buona conoscenza del Software SAP (requisito essenziale) e di MS Excel
- Buona conoscenza della Lingua inglese (Livello B2/C1)
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali ed internazionali

Offerta:
Assunzione a tempo indeterminato, CCNL metalmeccanico industria.

Retribuzione fissa e variabile, commisurata alla seniority.
