**Chi stiamo cercando**:
Stiamo cercando una brillante risorsa che, riportando direttamente al Chief Legal Officer, gestirà le seguenti attività:

- garantire la compliance normativa aziendale attraverso l’analisi della normativa e dei processi interni inclusa la normativa regolamentare di settore;
- monitorare l'evoluzione del contesto normativo esterno, al fine di identificare gli impatti sul cliente;
- garantire la gestione dei rapporti nei confronti delle autorità di vigilanza / regolatorie di settore;
- assicurare la gestione parti correlate;
- fornire supporto pareristica;
- garantire supporto per il monitoraggio della Convenzione per aspetti regolamentari e di compliance alla normativa di riferimento;
- predisporre il reporting agli organi di vertice;
- assicurale la supervisione e gestione normativa, adempimenti derivanti dalla disciplina di riferimento;
- garantire la valutazione dell’adeguatezza del sistema di compliance interno;
- fornire il supporto alle attività formative interne per gli ambiti di competenza.
- Affari normativi e regolamentari:

- Monitorare e approfondire le norme vigenti e i loro impatti rispetto al progetto e al più ampio frame di riferimento istituzionale e operativo;
- Supportare l’evoluzione legislativa attraverso la predisposizione di pareri, position paper, draft di emendamenti (normativa PNRR/AGID/ACN);
- Monitoraggio convenzione e adempimenti;
- Monitoraggio contratto di servizi, penali, emissione ordini;
- Monitoraggio normativa interna.

**Competenze richieste**:

- background universitario in Giurisprudenza;
- esperienza di almeno 5-7 anni in Studi Legali o in primarie aziende di rilevanza nazionale in ambito regolamentare/compliance;
- comprovate esperienze in materia Compliance e regolamentare con particolare riferimento all’ambito project finance, tech/digitale e nell’ambito del diritto pubblico;
- capacità di seguire attività complesse e progetti, con propensione al continuo aggiornamento;
- spiccata propensione al lavoro di team in un contesto dinamico e multidisciplinare;
- pregressa esperienza nella conduzione di progetti complessi in autonomia in analogo ruolo;
- Ulteriore titolo preferenziale: conoscenza della lingua inglese.
