**Posizione**:

- Sviluppo Strategico: Collaborare con il team di marketing e i clienti per sviluppare strategie di contenuti mirate a potenziare i brand sui social media.
- Creazione di Contenuti: Ideare e creare contenuti coinvolgenti e creativi per i social media, inclusi testi, immagini, video e altro ancora.
- Gestione della Presenza Online: Mantenere e far crescere la presenza online dei brand sui diversi canali di social media, inclusi ma non limitati a Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, ecc.
- Analisi delle Performance: Monitorare e analizzare costantemente le performance delle campagne sui social media, identificando opportunità di miglioramento e ottimizzazione.
- Interazione con il Pubblico: Gestire le interazioni con il pubblico attraverso i canali social, rispondendo a domande, commenti e messaggi in modo tempestivo ed efficace.
- Collaborazione Interna ed Esterna: Lavorare in stretta collaborazione con i team interni, inclusi creativi, copywriter e specialisti di marketing, oltre a interagire con i clienti per garantire una comunicazione chiara e una perfetta esecuzione delle strategie.
- Ricerca e Trend Analysis: Mantenersi aggiornati sulle ultime tendenze dei social media, esplorando nuove opportunità e suggerendo innovative strategie di contenuti.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza comprovata nel marketing digitale, con un focus specifico sui social media.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
- Forti competenze analitiche e capacità di utilizzare gli strumenti di analisi dei social media.
- Creatività e capacità di pensare in modo innovativo.
- Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e in team.
- Laurea preferita in Marketing, Comunicazioni o campo correlato.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme social principali e delle loro best practices.
- Capacità di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti nel panorama dei social media.
