Adecco per storica realtà operante nel settore Metalmeccanico e Automazione industriale è alla ricerca di un/a:
IT manager.
La risorsa, che avrà la responsabilità IT della gestione dello stabilimento produttivo, si occuperà di gestire le infrastrutture, il backup dei sistemi e dei dati, la sicurezza delle reti e la gestione dei sistemi SW. Si occuperà inoltre di fornire supporto quotidiano e help desk con l'aiuto di personale interno o di consulenti.
L'IT manager gestirà i consulenti e avrà un coinvolgimento diretto nella gestione del database interfacciandosi costantemente con corporate (sede italiana).
Le sue principali responsabilità saranno:
- valutare le esigenze degli utenti e la funzionalità del sistema e garantire che le strutture IT
soddisfino tali esigenze;
- pianificare, sviluppare e implementare il budget IT, ottenendo prezzi competitivi dai fornitori, per
garantire l'efficacia dei costi;
- pianificazione di aggiornamenti e backup di sicurezza di sistemi hardware e software;
- ricerca e installazione di nuovi sistemi;
- garantire il buon funzionamento di tutti i sistemi IT, compresi i software antivirus, i servizi di
stampa e la fornitura di posta elettronica;
- garantire che le leggi sulle licenze software siano rispettate;
- fornire un accesso sicuro alla rete per gli utenti remoti;
- garantire la sicurezza dei dati da attacchi interni ed esterni;
- fornire agli utenti un supporto e una consulenza adeguati;
- gestire situazioni di crisi, che possono comportare problemi tecnici hardware o software
complessi;
- tenersi aggiornati con le ultime tecnologie;
- gestione database
REQUISITI
- Preferibile formazione in discipline IT o simili
- 5-10 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ruoli analoghi
- Persona proattiva, molto disponibile e collaborativa, con forte motivazione al ruolo
- Precisione, capacità di organizzazione del proprio lavoro e affidabilità completano il profilo
- Spiccate doti relazionali completano il profilo.
- La conoscenza del gestionale SAP costituisce un plus
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Si offre contratto diretto a tempo indeterminato con l'azienda cliente, ral commisurata all'esperienza.
