ADDETTO AL CUSTOMER SERVICE

La risorsa inserita nella funzione dedicata al commerciale Italia, rispondendo al responsabile di ufficio, si occuperà di:

- Gestione delle relazioni commerciali con i clienti dell’area assegnata
- Supporto e implementazione dell’attività degli Area manager gestendone la Customer Satisfaction
- Sviluppo clienti potenziali
- Gestione del processo dall’inserimento ordini sino alla spedizione e relativa fatturazione

Si richiede:

- Esperienza nel ruolo di back office commerciale e/o customer service
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a breve trasferte

Si offre inserimento iniziale a tempo determinato 12 mesi con possibilità di stabilizzazione.

Zona di lavoro: Rubiera (RE).

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Esperienza:
