In particolare, a seguito dell’acquisizione di Interbanca, poi fusa per incorporazione in Banca Ifis, l’operatività è stata estesa nell’ambito del Corporate Finance.

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Analista/Investment Manager da inserire nella nostra Sede di Milano, con particolare riferimento alla business unit Equity Investment nell’ambito della divisione Corporate Finance.

In qualità di Analista/Investment Manager avrai l’opportunità, con crescente autonomia in funzione del livello di seniority raggiunta, di partecipare all’intero ciclo di investimento relativo a fondi comuni di investimento (prevalentemente di private equity) e partecipazioni di minoranza detenuti direttamente dal portafoglio della banca.
In particolare ti occuperai di supportare il processo di due diligence analizzando le opportunità di investimento, sia fondi che partecipazioni, e monitorando nel continuo gli investimenti presenti in portafoglio al fine di verificare l’andamento ed i ritorni. L’attività include la valutazione periodica al fair value delle asset class presenti in portafoglio.

Se possiedi una Laurea in materie economiche (il conseguimento di un Master con indirizzo finanza aziendale rappresenta elemento preferenziale), esperienza di almeno 3 anni in una primaria società di consulenza o nell’ambito dell’investment banking, conoscenze in ambito di analisi strategica e finanziaria oltre a nozioni giuridiche in ambito di investimento e governance societaria nonché di valutazione delle aziende sei la persona che stiamo cercando. Completano il profilo la conoscenza degli applicativi dei principali info provider e la padronanza della lingua inglese.

Formazione continua, ambiente giovane e stimolante e un contratto a tempo indeterminato completano l’offerta.
