The HR Generalist will be the contact between business and employees to facilitate some of HR process and it will have a solid purpose in managing all the activities aimed to assure Health & Safety policies, according to the Italian legislation.

**Main Duties**
- Mandatory training Health&Safety and Surveillance Plan (medical health check)
- Org Chart (safety)
- Audit support for HR topic
- Focus on Hiring process, from talent acquisition to proposal letter, at all levels included Curricular Internships and relations with Institute stakeholders.
- Exit interview when applies
- Manage Workday and the HR Ticket
- Day-to-day support in HR topic for all level employees
- Build and maintain relationship with managers
- Manage all HR policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years human resources experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Knowledge of English (level B2)
- Knowledge of Italian legislation (labor law)
