Your role:
Your duties and responsibilities

Providing customers support on services offered by the company.
Listening to customer needs and provide feedback within the contractual SLAs.
Collaborating with the Help Desk team and with all business units.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

Strong relational and communication skills
Ability to handle stress to operate under deadlines
Experience with trouble ticketing systems
Knowledge of database management and Microsoft Office Suite Skills
Good English level
