**Your Role**:
As the OT Cybersecurity Expert you will be part of the Operation Technology, Digital & Data Team among our Bari. You will be ensuring the functionality & security of all OT/Industrial Systems and Equipment of the site avoiding any possible business interruption due to cyber security incidents (internal and external).

You will be responsible of the OT Documentations, developed following the current standard and the available guidelines.

You will act a Site-guardian on all Industrial Investments & Implementation ensuring the complete following of Cyber Security guidelines and standards. The OT Cybersecurity Expert will be also accountable of creating the Cybersecurity culture inside the Site.

The role will be part of a global environment.

Your responsabilities are to manage all the OT Cybersecurity initiatives following current guidelines and regulations (internal and external); manage the Cybersecurity culture continuous improving Site’ awareness on these topics; develop the standard OT Cybersecurity Requirements for new Site projects and follow their implementation; ensure the correct mapping of all Cybersecurity risks inside the Site Risk Register, developing any possible business continuity strategy, design & implement the OT Incidents management process for the whole Site; follow and manage all the Cybersecurity Audit.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the industrial automation & digitalization topics (5 years or more)
- Experience within the pharmaceutical environment
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards as a plus
- Good Knowledge of main OT Standards (ISA, IEC, ISO, NIST, Namur)
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Good relationship management, working in team spirit and leadership
