**Il tuo ruolo prevede**:

- Fornire assistenza di 1°e 2° livello agli utenti interni di filiale e sede centrale
- Assistenza tramite l’utilizzo di un sistema di ticketing
- Preparare nuovi Pc per il rinnovamento del parco macchine, seguendone il percorso fino all’installazione in sede
- Gestire i sistemi telefonici VoIP delle filiali e del contact center
- Supportare il parco di applicazioni in dotazione alle filiali, al personale di sede
- Identificare i problemi di funzionamento dei sistemi, effettuare la diagnostica e fornire soluzioni alternative
- Presentare informazioni relative ai bug al team di specialisti del supporto di terzo livello.
- Cooperare con i diversi dipartimenti locali (Marketing, Hr, Facility, Logistica, Finance) ed Internazionali
- Interagire con fornitori locali e internazionali per la risoluzione di guasti o la gestione di servizi/progetti.***

**Le tue qualità**:

- Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni in realtà nazionali/multinazionali con sedi remote
- Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o un campo correlato.
- Pianificazione e organizzazione
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di servizio clienti.
- Capacità di lavorare sia in modo indipendente che come parte di un team.
- Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese, parlata e scritta
