L’azienda opera sia nell’aftermarket, grazie ad un ampio portafoglio di filtri aria replacement, che nell’OEM, progettando e realizzando interi sistemi di filtrazione (airbox) per le principali case automobilistiche. BMC ha sede a Medicina (Bologna), nel cuore della Motor Valley, con filiali in Cina, India ed oltre cento distributori in tutto il mondo.

**SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AMERICA**:
Il Sales Manager, con esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni nella medesima mansione, riportando alla direzione generale, dovrà sviluppare le reti commerciali aziendali e gestire i distributori nell’area Nord, Centro e Sud America.

La risorsa, guidata da obiettivi di fatturato definiti, dovrà proporre alla Direzione strategie per raggiungere tali obiettivi e riportare alla stessa dati e risultati ottenuti tramite report frequenti.

La persona dovrà proporre piani commerciali, svolgere verifiche costanti del livello delle vendite e il controllo dei costi, pianificare ed attivare attività di marketing e comunicazione, anche in sinergia con i distributori.

Dovrà collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali al fine di garantire degli standard che massimizzino la soddisfazione dei clienti.

**CARATTERISTICHE RICHIESTE**:
Preferibile provenienza dal settore componentistica automotive (AfterMarket)

Laurea in discipline tecniche/economiche

Conoscenza professionale lingua inglese (C2)

Esperienza nella mansione di almeno 4/5 anni

Mantenere relazioni con i mercati esteri attraverso trasferte estere per almeno due settimane al mese

Preferenziale conoscenza a livello professionale di una seconda lingua (spagnolo e/o tedesco)
