What you will do

At Haier Europe we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of digital operations of the Haier Europe digital touchpoints.

This position sits in the European Headquarters in the Digital Marketing Team within Brand & IoT Department.

As Digital Operations Coordinator you will:

- be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-by-day operations of the company's digital platforms and all digital marketing initiative. This includes, but it is not limited to, the maintenance of our 90 websites (European and Overseas markets);
- manage the end-to-end process and you will be managing autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment by planning the agenda of the team editors (interns and external) that will work with you in the day-by-day operations;
- work closely with other departments of the Haier Europe Headquarters and you will act as a point of contact for the local Haier Europe subsidiaries marketing teams.- Plan and execute digital marketing activities that will impact our digital ecosystem (+90 websites for our four brands Haier, Candy, Hoover and Rosières): website updates, editorial activities on Blogs, newsletter deliveries, new product launches, support in implementing SEO strategy etc.- Take care of migrating websites from old platforms to new ones or create new website for upcoming markets.- Support stakeholders in the markets (about 30) in having their websites timely updated and having local campaigns properly addressed and executed.- Support in defining and improving a digital process that come across a ticketing system to facilitate the requests’ management.- Contribute to having stakeholders informed and properly trained to simplify and improve their relationship with the digital team.- Relate with internal colleagues and with external agencies and suppliers to manage different activities.

What you need to succeed
- Must have_- Bachelor's degree in an area related to marketing, communications, digital or information technologies or equivalent experience.- At least 5 years professional experience in a similar position in multinational companies with the ability to interact in a complex and structured environment.- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.- Strong and proven project management skills with direct responsibility for managing complex projects, schedules and the ability to lead internal resources and coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies and vendors.- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests in multitasking while remaining functional under intense pressure and flexibility to adjust priorities when business needs change.-
- Proven experience and strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies, good knowledge of digital strategies, SEO principles and CRM.- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and of the main digital KPIs.- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.- Familiarity with European (GDPR) and global data protection laws and practices.-
- Critical and agile thinker with problem-solving skills and a self-starting attitude.- Team-player working well both with internal and external partners, as well as individually, in a multicultural and multidisciplinary context.
- Nice to have_- Proven knowledge of the Liferay Content Management System, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform and experience working with and configuring ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.- Fair understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming.- Project management certification.- Basic usage of image manipulation programs such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP or similar. In-depth knowledge is a plus.- Knowledge of a second language.- Immediate availability.
