In our M-I SWACO Sweco production center located in Berra (FE), we design and manufacture vibro-energy Round Separators for Industrial market.
Mission
The Mechanical CAD Designer is responsible for preparing and maintaining engineering or sustaining project design layouts, production drawings and other related documentation per ISO/ Schlumberger standards, considering methods of manufacture and tolerance and their effect on related parts or assemblies, according to the customer requirements
**Responsibilities**:
Function as a design engineer for routine/correction and review of theexisting drawings. Collect all data needed to update as built of technical documentation after manufacturing. Depending on seniority, recommend new solution to improve the design of the equipment. Prepare average complexity original mechanical layouts using the 2D and 3D CAD system. Depending on seniority, use the CAD system to prepare and maintain the highest complexity mechanical product and fabrication drawings and other related documentation from layouts, sketches, or verbal instructions. Be responsible for accuracy of assignments, partner with project managers and production for design features Understand ISO/Schlumberger drafting methods, standards and procedures. Understand Schlumberger manufacturing processes and techniques, and interpretation of ISO/Schlumberger standards and procedures. Depending on seniority, possesses basic or higher knowledge of the mechanical Product Line. Maintain status reports on all projects assigned and maintain accurate storage of all mechanical drawings and the assigned part number code in GEMS database. Your background
