ACTIA Italia, filiale italiana del gruppo internazionale ACTIA, specializzata nel settore Automotive, ricerca un** Business Development Manager **per i Servizi** **di Help Desk tecnico del gruppo: help desk/call center di assistenza técnica a prodotti elettronici specifici, gestione flussi di garanzia, assistenza remota all’installazione, e-training.

Il profilo ricercato verrà inserito all’interno del team delle Operations & Services sotto la diretta responsabilità del Direttore di reparto.

- Analisi strategica e mappatura del mercato
- Raccolta delle esigenze, negoziazione ed offerta di servizi che soddisfino le necessità e gli obiettivi dei Clienti realizzando business case, definendo la strategia go-to-market, le macro caratteristiche dell'offerta del servizio e, sulla base delle caratteristiche del mercato target, il business model ed il pricing da adottare per la commercializzazione
- Analisi del mercato in termini di potenziali target e posizionamento
- Essere il riferimento ACTIA per consolidare ed incrementare le relazioni commerciali con i clienti acquisiti

**Requisiti:**:**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza Commerciale nella vendita di servizi tecnici o consulenza di almeno 3 anni
- Laurea
- Esperienza nella gestione di clienti complessi
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a viaggiare / spostamenti frequenti

Completano il profilo ottime capacità interpersonali e comunicative, propensione al problem solving e eccellenti capacità organizzative.
