**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing time and accurate month-end and quarterly closing
- Preparation and control of balance sheet reconciliation
- Annual budgeting, forecasting and ongoing long-term planning
- Track and ensure all monitoring of work orders and overhead / profit plans
- Providing weekly updates on risks and opportunities to management
- PO and sales engineering requirements management
- Management of audit processes (internal and external) according to SOX requirements
- Ensuring Engineering & Tooling balances are properly accounted for in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP
- Interaction with engineering, sales, program management, purchasing and cost analysis teams
- Contribute to Lear's financial strategy and decision-making processes

**Requirements**:

- University graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of financial controlling
- Ability to work independently
- Financial qualification required
- It is nice to have experience working in a car or manufacturing plant
- Leadership skills with proven track record of managing successful teams
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to work closely and build partnerships with other departments and functions including senior management
- High reliability and work ethic
- Ability to work under time pressure and deadlines
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is required
