**Your responsibilities**:

- Conduct VOC (Voice of the Customer) process for sustainability to gather insights and understand customer needs and expectations related to sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with product development and sustainability teams to identify and refine the key building blocks for integrating sustainability into our commercial offerings.
- Assist in creating marketing content and materials that effectively communicate the sustainability features and benefits of our products and services.
- Support internal marketing releases, ensuring that our sustainability initiatives are accurately and compellingly presented to our employees and stakeholders.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors' sustainability practices, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to contribute innovative ideas and strategies for sustainability marketing.
- Collaborate with external partners, customers, and suppliers to gather additional insights on sustainability trends and best practices.

**Your background**:

- Final year student in Marketing, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of Marketing processes and the Electrical Industry market
- Knowledge of Voice of Customer process
- Strong passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in driving positive environmental impact through innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
