We are looking for a Junior Microsoft Teams End User Specialist to support our client based in Frascati, Italy, on a six-month fixed-term basis.

Due to increased demands, you will have the opportunity to support our client by providing support on Microsoft Teams. The projects in the pipeline are:

- Introduction of the Office 365 ecosystem.
- Design and deploy of Identity and Access Management tool (IBM IGI).
- Design and deploy of digital certificate to allow digital signature.
- Configuration of request management, asset management and recharge management tool based on the ServiceNow SaaS.

This position is ideal for those who are starting out their career or looking for a part-time junior position as part of an internship or similar studies.

**About the client and location**:
The ESA Centre for Earth Observation (ESRIN) is the European Space Agency’s (ESA) base in Frascati, Italy. From this location ESA conducts most of their earth observation research, including data analysis and distribution for other non-ESA satellites.

**Tasks and Activities**:
The scope of work will include:

- Defining and documenting user requirement related to the evolution activities.
- Designing new IT solutions aligned with the user requirements.
- Implementing IT solutions in test or validation environments.
- Overseeing the infrastructure upgrades, change of configuration and deployments in the production environment.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentations.
- Designing, documenting and deploying Proof of Concepts (POCs) on new IT solutions.
- Coordinating pilots (engaging users, collecting and documenting their feedback) on new IT services.
- Participating in meetings and presentations when needed.

**Skills and Experience**:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:

- A technical degree with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the MS Office 365 ecosystem in particular of:

- Microsoft Teams.
- Skype for Business, Teams.
- Project online, planner, To-do.
- MS Office online.
- OneDrive.
- Yammer.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on the set-up and configuration of the MS Teams.
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 authentication and authorization options (ADFS, MS MFA).
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in powershell.
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 conditional access.
