- The largest business (Revenues 861.6M$), Friction, develops, produces, and sells brake pads and friction materials for private and public transportation markets and all the major automotive manufacturing industries around the world.
- The fourth (Revenues 182.2M$), Wolverine Advanced Materials is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-performance materials. Wolverine core competency is in performance-critical, specialty elastomer-coated metals that offer damping and sealing solutions in the automotive brake, NVH, and sealing industries. **Role scope**:

Reporting to the IAM Spare Parts Business KAM, we are looking for a Junior Sales & Technical Account Spare Parts Business, who will support to develop, guarantee and maintain the growth of sales on IAM spare part. Primary duties include collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and implementing a sales plan to drive growth, scouting new opportunities to win key projects, establish a long
- term successful relation with IAM Customer and collaborate with ITT IAM Spare Part Organization to manage and drive IAM Customer’s needs.

Responsabilità essenziali:
**Main Responsibilities / Tasks**:

- Cooperate with KAM Spare Parts Business and with the support of IAM Organization define and execute appropriate sales strategies, business development strategies, marketing strategies when necessary, technical and operations optimization, to enhance IAM ITT market share and achieve sales goals
- Proactively keep always developing an accurate knowledge of the IAM business, organizations processes and market trends
- Support in developing relationships with IAM Customers
- Help in developing a “daily” focus on IAM customer’s needs and opportunities to win new projects:

- Manage Resourcing Activities, VAVE activities, RFI / RFQ processes;
- Scouting new business opportunities
- Support on developing Technical common solutions across IAM/OES accounts in cooperation with OES Sales Technical KAM with the support of Spare Parts Business Organization
- Enhance a constant 2 ways information exchange between IAM and OES product portfolio
- Monitor and analyze the IAM trend / profitability by using appropriate KPI’s with the support of Sales Data Analysis dept. and Finance, including forecast activities.
- Work with the internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service

Requisiti di posizione:
**Qualification / Requirements**:

- Master or Bachelor degree preferably in Technical Disciplines
- Able to work in team at each level of ITT organization in a multi cultural / multi country environment
- Able to listen at customer’s needs and to drive an effective communication with cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a technical / sales perspective
- MS Office is a pre
- requisite

Accuracy, strong attention to details, a customer centric approach, humbleness, delivering results as a mission and an entrepreneurial mindset are considered a must to have.
