**Your key responsibilities**:

- Activities regarding instrumentation and implants kit assembly
- Following the process about return of material from customers
- Return & inspection products
- Kits Replenishment
- Cannibalization and decommission kits
- Daily planning activities with the line guide “firs In/First out” and satisfy the kit booking planning
- Collaboration with customers service/Field force about discrepancies between Return & inspection
- item and customer purchase order
- Collaboration with warehouse department regarding activities on Kitroom scope
- Optimization of laboraties’s space for continue improvement of the workflows
- Promote and disseminate Culture Compliance Company (compliance and ethical behavior)
- Satisfy ad disseminate Quality Culture and respect of procedures of the Company giving particular attention to Dl.lgs 81/2008

**Education**
- Essential:_
- Requires a high school diploma.
- Technical education as industry or any equivalent desirable.
- Advanced or fluent communication capabilities in English are essential (verbal and writing).

**Experience**
- Essential:_
- Engineering/production environment experience, where accuracy and attention to details are essential
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Computer / Microsoft Office / ERP Skills
- Proven Customer support experiences
- Familiar with CRM systems and other external platforms, if any
- Desirable:_
- Similar experience in medical devices industry
- Experience with Business Process Analysis
- Experience with reverse logistics and consignment type business (such as Medical Device, Healthcare Markets)
