**In Palazzo Santander a Torino, la risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della Direzione Risorse Umane - Area People, con l’obiettivo di occuparsi delle seguenti attività**:

- **realizzare le iniziative e i progetti di sviluppo professionale, con particolare focus sulle strategie di Employer Branding e sul Talent Management della Banca e con attenzione all’engagement delle risorse umane e alla mobilità interna**:

- **realizzare le iniziative e i percorsi di formazione in modo coordinato con le linee guida della Capo Gruppo**:

- **monitorare lo sviluppo delle diverse progettualità attraverso report e presentazioni.**:
**I requisiti richiesti sono**:

- **Laurea, preferibilmente in discipline economiche**:

- **3/6 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore bancario**:

- **Esperienza di project management in ambito HR**:

- **Ottime capacità di team working e relazionali**:

- **Riservatezza, orientamento al cliente, precisione, organizzazione**:

- **Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese**:
