Seltis Management Search is looking for an

**International Graduate Account Development Specialist**

**Posizione**:
who will carry on local and international projects.

In particular, the young talent will report directly to the Business & Account Development Manager.

The daily job will include the following activities:

- collaborate to the implementation of the strategy to achieve the annual objectives in collaboration with the manager;
- support to the manager by suggesting commercial and marketing initiatives in order to develop new customers for the sales force;
- support to the manager for definition of framework agreements with trade associations and purchasing groups and in the renewal of National Agreements by monitoring the result;
- attend meetings, fairs and industry events in national environment and develop continuously the collaboration between the central “Business Development area” Sales force and customers;
- create and monitoring of reports and related output.

**Requisiti**:

- Excellent Italian and English
- Type of contract: Permanent
