Job Description

MGID was founded in 2008. Nowadays we are a global leader in native advertising. We enable our media partners to monetize their audience and help brands to promote their services and goods effectively.

MGID offers a range of integrated solutions that cover every step of the promotion process. We offer services ranging from planning out the marketing strategy to its thoughtful implementation and optimization. Our clients include major international brands as well as media organizations and web agencies.

Success Manager is responsible for Italian market. As a Success Manager your main duties will be enclosed in relationship-building with top publishers in Italy and upselling clients, optimizing their campaign performance, and churn minimization, improvement of Life-time Value (LTV).

**What You will do**:

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market;
- Monitor and maintain a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients on a daily basis;
- Optimize to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation;
- Be is in contact with the publisher in order to support and respond to needs from the client's side constantly;
- Negotiate regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions.

**Requirements**:
**Who You are**:

- You have Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required);
- You have strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types;
- You are fluent in Italian language, and at least Upper-Intermediate in English language;
- You have deep understanding of the Italian digital market;
- You have 3+ years of experience in digital advertising/ sales/ marketing/ as a Sales Manager/ Media Buyer / publisher’s team with relevant role;
- You have verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers;
- You are hands-on approach in negotiating with major prospects;
- You have perfect analytical skills.

**Will be a plus if**:

- You have experience in Client Service roles;
- You have connections with local publishers, media groups, warm contacts in Italy;
- You have experience with Native Advertising (is a strong plus).

**Where You are**:

- You are in Italy;
- You are ready to work from office
