Its innovative and reliable solutions have been part of more than 1,600 reference projects worldwide.**Your responsibilities**:

- Represent the corporate Risk Function in all type of Gate Reviews, along the whole project/ product lifecycle
- Ensuring risk is identified and mitigated at sales and tendering stage and ensuring this is correctly documented in the submissions. Moderating / minuting firm offer release meetings
- Moderate Risks identification and mitigation workshops with operational teams, as part of the Project or Product execution
- Ensuring that there is a risk-aware culture among the project and tender teams, including the provision of training of employees and other communication means
- Designing and reviewing processes for risk management in collaboration with other business process stakeholders
- Setting up and maintaining a robust risk monitoring system
- Develop and maintain Risk data base and monitoring Risk evolutions across portfolio of tenders and projects
- Identify and report risks to the Senior Management

**Your experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (an internationally recognised risk management certification, such as APM Risk Level 2, is a plus)
- Track record in risk & opportunities management within EPC industry, for companies supplying large plant construction projects on an international basis
- Strong technical and contractual understanding of the end-to-end delivery process of projects or products within Power, Oil & Gas or Environment industry
- Experience in quality management system development and implementation, as well as in working for large, multi-site, multicultural organisations
- Knowledge of risk management practices, tools, and techniques (e.g., ISO31000); of Project management practices (e.g., PMP/ PMI certification or equivalent)
- Database use and management experience
- Experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Enterprise Risk Management is a plus
- Fluent in both written and verbal English. German, French or Italian is an advantage
- Excellent communication and conceptual skills.
