**About Us**

Founded in 2017 by Giorgio Tinacci, Casavo currently operates in Italy, Spain and France.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:
As an IT intern, you will be integrated into our technical team and actively contribute to the smooth running of the company's IT systems. Your main tasks will be as follows:

- Level 1 and Level 2 support: Providing technical support to internal staff and estate agents, answering queries and resolving problems relating to software and hardware.
- Hardware and software management: Taking responsibility for managing IT equipment and software licenses, and ensuring the availability and performance of systems.
- Management of arrivals and departures: Participating in the installation and configuration of workstations for new employees, as well as managing access and deactivation for departures.
- You have excellent communication skills and can summarize complex technical issues, and present in a simple way to non-technical audiences;
- You can work with a variety of stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds and prioritize the work accordingly;
- You are a self-starter and take the initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve problems.

**Key Requirements**
- IT student, currently training
- Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
- Interest in hardware and software management
- Good communication and service skills
- Autonomy and ability to work as part of a team.
