**Fondazione** **AIRC per la ricerca sul cancro** **ETS** è uno dei più grandi enti non-profit in Italia. Dall'anno della sua fondazione, nel 1965, AIRC si è sempre impegnata **a promuovere la ricerca oncologica nel nostro Paese tramite la raccolta e l’erogazione di fondi e la diffusione presso il pubblico di una corretta informazione in materia**. La struttura della Fondazione si è progressivamente ampliata, fino a contare oggi 17 Comitati Regionali e oltre 4.500.000 sostenitori, che con il loro impegno e la loro generosità sostengono la missione di AIRC.

Fondazione AIRC è alla ricerca di una figura da inserire come **Scientific Communication and Dissemination Specialist **all'interno dell'Area Divulgazione di Missione. In particolare, la risorsa collaborerà con il team che si occupa di divulgazione scientifica e comunicazione istituzionale e con il team che si occupa della dissemination dei progetti europei di carattere scientifico in cui la Fondazione è coinvolta.

In collaborazione con i colleghi e le colleghe, le principali mansioni saranno:

- supporto per la stesura di piani editoriali; ideazione e scrittura di contenuti sia tecnico-scientifici sia di divulgazione, a supporto della raccolta fondi, della comunicazione istituzionale di AIRC e dei progetti europei in cui AIRC è e sarà coinvolta;
- scrittura, editing e aggiornamento dei contenuti ospitati sui siti di proprietà di Fondazione AIRC e di quelli dedicati ai progetti europei;
- creazione di script/contenuti per video/infografiche/animazioni in collaborazione con grafici/videomaker;
- progettazione e coordinamento della realizzazione di prodotti editoriali, poster, brochure e opuscoli;
- supporto alle attività/eventi di comunicazione e divulgazione dei progetti europei in cui la Fondazione è coinvolta, come workshop, webinar, conferenze;
- supporto alle attività di exploitation dei progetti europei, in collaborazione con il referente di AIRC;
- supporto allo sviluppo di canali e attività di comunicazione per promuovere i progetti europei presso vari stakeholder, tra cui il pubblico generalista, i ricercatori e le organizzazioni scientifiche, le istituzioni, i decisori e la Commissione europea;
- in raccordo con il referente dei progetti europei, raccogliere input, idee e opportunità per la comunicazione e divulgazione che emergono nell'ambito del partenariato e delle attività, identificare eventuali problemi e proporre soluzioni;
- gestione e coordinamento di consulenti e fornitori esterni;
- ideazione e creazione di contenuti per i social media e la newsletter di AIRC;
- ideazione e creazione di contenuti per i social media e la newsletter dei progetti europei;
- monitoraggio e reportistica delle attività.

**Il profilo ideale**:
**Competenze e conoscenze richieste**
- Laurea magistrale in ambito bio-medico;
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito di comunicazione scientifica a tema oncologico;
- Ottime capacità di scrittura creativa e buone competenze di scrittura per il web;
- Conoscenza di almeno uno dei CMS più diffusi (es. Wordpress);
- Buone competenze grafiche e conoscenza dei programmi di Adobe Creative Cloud (es. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, XD) o di altri software di gráfica anche online (es. Canva);
- Conoscenza base di software di web analytics (es. Google Analytics);
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team;
- Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento;
- Capacità di analisi e problem solving;
- Attitudine alla creatività e all’innovazione e predisposizione all’apprendimento continuo;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata, (almeno livello B2); i contenuti e le attività per i progetti europei saranno principalmente in lingua inglese.

**Competenze preferenziali**
- Formazione post-laurea orientata alla comunicazione e divulgazione della scienza;
- Pregressa esperienza lavorativa in progetti europei;
- Pregressa esperienza lavorativa in un laboratorio di ricerca oncologica;
- Competenze di Project Management.
