- Our quality team is currently looking for an excited and highly motivated Quality Manager in our facility in Nichelino.
- As Quality Manager you will help us push our organization forward by supporting us in the following areas:

- Ensure and further development of quality standards following the findings from production management audits, quality info point meetings & layered process audits
- Act as coach & trainer in collaboration with the value adding departments at the site and the central functions of the BCS Group with focus on customer quality & internal quality
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with customer standards, resulting in ensuring error-free delivery of goods by the BCS Group to customers
- Ensure and promote quality awareness and behavior in dealing with internal and external customers
- Conduct and monitor audits as well as maintain the audit system
- Ensure customer management and supplier quality management
- Management responsibility for a team of approximately 5 employees including training and mentoring
- Cooperate with internal and external contacts
- Monitor and report of relevant quality issues

Requested skills are:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable education with focus on quality management
- Extensive 4 - 5 years relevant experience in quality management and ideally knowledge of electromechanical products
- Professional knowledge of automotive quality methods and tools
- Extensive knowledge of quality management in the production environment, the norms IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and integrated management system standards
- Solid project management and relevant leadership experience
- Good knowledge of law and product liability
- High customer and result orientation
- Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Readiness to travel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
