**Role description**:
As a **Junior Quantity Surveyor **you have gained a short academic and/or professional experience in cost management for engineering and construction projects, ideally in construction companies or architectural/engineering firms.

You will have the opportunity to support the Cost Management team of Arcadis Italy working alongside colleagues with different specializations and seniority, using specialized industry software in an international context.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Drawing up rough and detailed estimates;
- Perform rough estimates on buildings and civil works of different types;
- Draw up reports and cost analyses for interventions in the construction field;
- Perform economic and feasibility calculations on construction activities;
- Extract information and reprocess data from databases.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Architecture, or a diploma from a professional technical institute.
- Prior experience in estimating and cost control, through prior experience and/or specialized course of study;
- A good level of **English (B1/B2)**:

- Good knowledge of **Autocad **for measurement and computation purposes.
- At least a basic knowledge of **Revit/BIM **methodology
- A good knowledge of technical architecture, engineering and construction, permitting practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork;
- Goal orientation;
