Stiamo cercando un* **Contract Manager** da inserire nella nostra funzione PMO.

Le attività consistono in:

- Gestione e negoziazione di contratti con fornitori, subappaltatori e clienti
- Monitoraggio delle scadenze contrattuali e gestione delle variazioni del contratto
- Gestione dei reclami e risoluzione delle controversie contrattuali
- Rispetto delle normative e delle scadenze
- Supporto ai responsabili della gestione operativa del progetto (PM, PEM, etc.), in particolare nella preparazione di corrispondenza contrattuale, richieste di modifiche, etc.;
Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Contract Manager nel settore Oil & Gas/Energy di circa 3 anni
- Buona conoscenza delle normative contrattuali
- Conoscenza degli schemi di contratti di appalto e/o EPC Contracts, preferibilmente nel settore Oil&Gas
- Ottima capacità di analisi e sintesi
- Buone capacità di comunicazione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale
- Capacità e predisposizione a lavorare in team
- Disponibilità ad effettuare brevi trasferte

**Sede di lavoro**: Fano (PU) con missioni presso altri uffici/cantieri in Italia o all’Estero.
