Procure to Pay Industrial Accountant

Per azienda cliente stiamo cercando un/a Procure to Pay Industrial Accountant che, all'interno del dipartimento finanziario, per supportare le attività "Procure to Pay" (P2P), riportando al P2P Industrial Manager si occuperà di:

- Gestire le approvazioni delle fatture e dei pagamenti
- Registrare ed emettere fatture, imputazione e valutazione dei costi
- Assicurare la corretta tenuta dei libri contabili e delle scritture obbligatorie e la verifica, il controllo e l'archiviazione dei documenti fiscali (Intrastat)
- Gestire le riconciliazioni interaziendali
- Preparare report e analisi ad hoc, seguendo le esigenze gestionali
- Collaborare con il dipartimento di controllo per supportare la reportistica mensile e le attività di budget/forecast

La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Diploma, una laurea in economia sarà considerata un plus
- Una precedente esperienza in un ruolo simile anche breve
- Conoscenza dei principi che regolano la contabilità generale e fiscale di un'azienda e dei principi contabili nazionali e internazionali (IFRS)
- Persona proattiva orientata ai dettagli, con approccio analitico, in grado di rispettare regolarmente scadenze impegnative e gestire un elevato volume di attività
- Giocatore di squadra efficace e positivo con eccellenti capacità comunicative e approccio agile, collaborativo e inclusivo; in grado di lavorare con un alto livello di autonomia, quando necessario
- Esperto in Microsoft Office, Excel in particolare. La conoscenza operativa di AS400, JD Edwards e/o SAP sarà un vantaggio
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, con una buona padronanza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata

Si offre contratto di somministrazione full-time di 6 mesi.
