Webuild is looking for a young engineer to join our corporate Planning department as a Planning Analyst, the resource may be based in our Milan or Rome offices.

Fixed-term placement of 1 year with possibility of subsequent employment at one of our projects in Italy and around the world.

**Main activities**:

- Study of tender specifications/contract documents for the purpose of identifying relevant areas for planning.
- Definition of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and preparation of the work program, considering the "Bid Planning Standards" operating instruction, technical specifications, any preliminary drafts of the contract, and aspects related to the project phases, in accordance with the requirements of the tender and in compliance with the defined deadlines.
- Preparation of the document describing the work program.
- Where required by the tender, allocation of resources in the different phases of the work program (man-hours, materials, plant, and machinery).
- Sharing in the appropriate technical-constructive and economic review groups of the defined work program in order to verify its alignment with the common bid study strategy.
- Support in the analysis of risks applied to the program work to determine the risk level of the developed program.
- Participate in the support activity during job start-up phase for the finalization of the work program and for the eventual updating of the business and financial plan.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
- Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 preferred.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites and joint ventures internationally.
- Established team-working skills.
- Problem Solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion and interest in the world of costruction and great works.
