**Job Description**:
If you have previous experience as Brand Manager, interest for hospitality this may be a great opportunity for you.
Accor is currently looking for a **Brand** Manager & guest experience **for our **Eco-Midscale Brands** to work on the **Mediterranean** markets based in Milan.
The **Brand manager Marketing & guest experience Italy, Greece, Malta, Israel & Cyprus **is responsible for defining, implementing, and measuring the impact of brand actions in Mediterranean area, enhance the customer journey and share our marketing strategy with the hotels, VPOs and owners.
The main missions are:
- Define marketing plans within his/her scope and ensure their perfect execution on all communication and distribution channels - with a view to maximizing brand equity.
- Promote a clear and differentiating image of the brands to reinforce their awareness and their attractiveness.
- Implement a brand-specific customer experience to support its positioning, concretely strengthen its competitive advantage and generate value for all stakeholders.
- Define and be the guarantor of the brand's operational standards and their implementation within the hotels.
- Monitor KPIs defined with the brand leader to measure the impact of the actions carried out (customer satisfaction, ROI, notoriety, market share, etc.) and ensure their continuous improvement
- Adaptation of global marketing elements to the local environment by integrating all cross-functional projects (CSR, loyalty, F&B, etc.)
- Responsible for the follow up of the Marketing budget on his / her scope of brands / countries.
**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
- Master’s in marketing or business
- Experience in Marketing
- ** Fluent in Italian and English
- **_eliminatory factor _**and a third language would be a plus.
**Required skills**:
- Mastering of Mktg Mix
- Very good business understanding
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
- Conflict management skills
- Strong team player
- Strong flexibility and agility skills to work in a very fast changing environment
