Ruolo
Primary Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions for Global and Regional programmes at PageGroup, designed to support our high

- Aced and agile development environment as we develop content for new learning programmes, build on our digital learning platform, and implement technology solutions to continually address the needs of our internal customers. The main tasks you will Confidenziale managing are as following:
Develop engaging and innovative digital learning solutions including eLearning, infographics,, animation, interactive simulations, quizzes, etc. This role does not require creating the course plan; instead, you'll receive scripts and storyboards from our Learning Consultants and use Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Powtoon, and other available tools to create the best learning experiences.
Collaborate closely with Learning Consultants, Designers and Delivery Specialiststo align on the design, development, and delivery process for projects.
Correctly manage and store working files on SharePoint.
Support and manage the translation integration process into existing digital learning assets eLearning, videos, infographics, tConfidenzialeill include some of the following tasks:

- Use translated scripts to produce voiceover using AI- Ased software.
- Integrate the translated text, voiceover and closed captions.
- Create multilingual files and perform quality checks of localised learning items.
- Migrate, manage and store translated and multilingual files on SharePoint.
Liaise with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure learning objectives are met.
Confidenziale curious and keep informed of the latest developments and trends in the digital learning industry to drive innovation through new technologies and trends.
Deliver high
- Quality learning solutions, following the established workflows and processes.
Primary Requirements:
Two or more years of experience developing digital learning solutions, such as eLearnings, infographics, videos, interactive simulations, animations, visual designs, Confidenzialeguides and prototypes.
A degree in an associated field, such as Education or Graphic Design or demonstrated experience designing adult education digital content.
Experience with rapid authoring and design tools - Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Powtoon, etc.
Experience witConfidenzialenslation integration process is a plus
Ability to manage workload to meet objectives and tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
Must have the ability to build trust and credibility with exent influencing skills and a collaborative approach.
Creative and lateral approacConfidenzialeproblem solving.
Comfortable working alone and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills in English. Any other language is a strong plus
