**Posizione**:
**Purpose of the position**

Provide effective leadership to all Warehouse Associates to ensure the DC will meet or exceed all established goals. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly planning and performance of the DC. Focus to inbound and /or outbound part which including but is not limited to unpacking, receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, space optimalization, documentation, complaints, returns

**Responsibilities and duties**:
1. Monitor, coaches, and counsels all Distribution Center Associates, accountable for the development of Associates through training and mentoring

2. Oversees all facets of the operation to ensure products get properly received, stored to be available for next processes

3. Responsible for development, presentation and implementation of all performance reviews and performance improvement plans

4. Involved in any recruitment requirements including interviewing and decision making in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager and Human Resources Manager

5. Development and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly Action Plans to meet DC performance expectations. Establish targets and motivate Associates to achieve the DC goals

6. Analyze and investigate operation procedures/work with the Warehouse Manager to make improvements where appropriate and execute the changes

7. Accurate communication and implementation of Notino policies and procedures and follow up to ensure Associate compliance as well as providing feedback to superior officers and colleagues.

8. In conjunctions with Managers, assist with the creation of a succession plan for your DC as well as sister DC

9. Required to communicate effectively with various internal sources to resolve warehouse inventory and service issues

10. Ensure all Health and Safety guidelines are enforced, and concerns resolved

11. Demonstrate professional customer service skills when interacting with internal and external customers

12. Ensure housekeeping standards and equipment maintenance

13. Act as a Corporate Citizen, representing the DC and Notino in a positive and professional manner. Responsible for customer facing, giving tours, and acting as point person for the DC to gest and visitors

14. Be available to step into Supervisory roles and shifts at other area DCs as required

15. Other duties as assigned by Manager

16. Responsible to prepare payroll documentation as well as evaluation of Associates

17. Oversees and process personnel attendance according to local legislation, planning vacation

18. Task assignment, operation task prioritization

19. Document all processes and update them on regular bases

20. Ensure problem free operation and reports all unusual behavior of the system, work equipment or building to entrusted person/system.

21. Is responsible to keep correct stock level of material available to not endanger operation of the DC

22. Mandate usage of standardized apps

23. Data collection, statistics, and reporting

24. Responsibility for KPI results (Department, own, subordinates)

25. Communication for effective fulfilment of the position is not limited to warehouse only, Supervisor communicate also with other departments like Transport, Sales, Central purchase, legal etc.

26. Oversees capacity of all - even 3rd party partners - and plans / reacts to any occurring changes

27. Is responsible for continuous improvements relevant to entrusted department, ensure following standards in visualization, organization, mandatory information records etc.
