We are looking for a **Production Process Analyst **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Revuelto Assembly.**
You will be responsible to identify and steer actions to improve manufacturing activities methods in order to reduce product quality defects. Moreover, you will be responsible to participate to Quality circles /meetings to integrate all production actions /activities /analysis and solutions in the overall actions to ameliorate product quality. The activity will be also performed for other production units and areas on top of Revuelto.
**Assembly processes improvement**
- Ensuring daily analysis of problems emerged in the assembly lines having impact on product quality;
- Ensuring people coordination and steering, within production areas, in order to solve product quality issues linked to assembly procedures/tasks/methods by involving other Departments where necessary;
- Gathering of information about product defects / analysis coming from Quality or other Departments during Quality circles /Quality cross functional meetings aiming at reducing product defects;
- Ensuring production/assembly process continuous improvement and corrective actions implementation;
- Ensuring production/assembly corrective actions tracking and monitoring;
- Monitoring of specific KPI (Quality Index), defined by Quality dept., to control product quality aspects and results of specific production actions to ameliorate it;
- Evaluation of optimization impacts in term of transformation costs and timing reduction.
**Coordination of Quality circles activities into the assembly lines**
Referent for the production assembly lines into interfunctional meetings:
- Aesthetical, Functional
- After sales
**About you**
- University Degree in engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- Problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Team working attitude
