Experience in logistic processes - High school Diploma or equivalent (Level 3 according to European Qualification Framework [EQF]) - Experience in personnel management - Need to demonstrate PC skills, especially in MS Office with a focus on Excel - Experience in the preparation and communication of key figures and analyses - Valid driving license

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our external Vendor-Flex location in San Nicolò a Tordino (TE). You will look after an important logistics service partner of Amazon. You will be responsible for coordinating the operational processes and workflow of Amazon customer orders, monitoring of several key performance indicators and constant communication with the logistics service provider.

Please note that this is a temporary role with a 6 month fixed-term contract.

Key job responsibilities

In this role you will ensure optimal personnel deployment planning by the logistics service provider and the continuous development of processes. As a logistics coordinator, you are a local representative for Amazon where communicating with employees, superiors and other departments will be an important part of your daily work. You will be technically knowledgeable, showcase role-model behaviour, commitment, reliability, work safety and quality.

Willingness to travel is a must as you may at times be mobilised to other Vendor-Flex locations to provide support.

The area of responsibility includes:

- Participation in the coordination and further development of all processes in the Vendor Flex area
- Supervision of the service relationship with a focus on the processes in the following areas in the warehouse of the logistics service provider: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, Shipping & Transportation, Shipping, Quality
- Direct contact with representatives of the logistics service provider / supplier, purchasing and transport company
- Control of key figures taking corporate goals into account
- Advisory activities within the framework of the service relationship in the further development and improvement of the production process
