Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a **Legal Counsel.**
The position is based in **Verona **and reports directly to the International Legal Senior Manager.

The role provides for short travels in Vignola (MO) - Italy and visits to the HQ located in Athens (Greece).

**Key activities and responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support and advice to upper management, internal stakeholders and HQ on relevant legal issues
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a broad variety of legal matters, with a particular focus on Italian employment law and corporate law matters
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
- Draft of corporate resolutions and management of the bookkeping activity (_attività di segreteria societaria_)
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders and collects the necessary information and documentation for the execution of legal activities required by the supervisor and/or the HQ
- Cooperating and coordinating the external legal advisors, if required, for the effective handling of legal cases
- Support to the Group Compliance Officer with the execution and updating of the internal Compliance and Privacy policies for all the Italian legal entities
- Provide information and documents in relation to budget analysis for the legal costs of the area and supports the supervisor in the related reporting activities.

**Job requirements**
- Degree in Law
- Master Degree in Law is considered a plus
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- In-depth knowledge of corporate and employment law and procedures
- Excellent judgment and ability to anticipate legal issues or risks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- International study or working experiences, as well as previous experience in international law firms are considered an asset
- Discretion in handling confidential matters
- Outstanding interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills with the ability of flexible approach to different internal decision makers
- Fluent both in Italian and English, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills with proficiency in MS Office
