**Descrizione del ruolo**:
Il Principe di Savoia, storico e prestigioso hotel di Milano, che fa parte della Dorchester Collection, una delle migliori compagnie di hotel di lusso al mondo, cerca per la propria struttura una figura di Creative Planner.

La figura di Creative Planner deve avere grandi doti di pensiero concettuale, inclusa la capacità di ideazione, creazione ed esecuzione di un’idea. Deve possedere un’intensa curiosità con particolare attenzione ai dettagli. Deve dimostrare intraprendenza, capacità di comunicare visivamente ed avere ottime capacità di visualizzazione digitale (es. Mac, Power Point design).

**Le principali mansioni di cui sarà responsabili sono le seguenti**:

- Collaborare in maniera proattiva con i reparti di Food & Beverage, Banqueting, Sales & Marketing per creare la migliore Guest Experience possibile
- Supportare l’Executive Team nell’ideazione di concetti creativi
- Prendere l’iniziativa nella creazione di esperienze, intrattenimento, riconoscimento e strategie di problem solving
- Organizzazione proattiva della Guest Experience dei gruppi
- Attenzione al dettaglio
- Conoscere e comprendere i nostri ospiti e creare esperienze per migliorare il loro soggiorno
- Cercare opportunità di networking sia internamente che esternamente
