**Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business Unit, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

As Pratt&Whitney Canada Legacy & Honeywell Advanced Program Manager you will report to the PW Program Director.

In this role you will manage the PW308/PW150/PT6/PW100 Legacy Programs and the Honeywell program and you will be responsible for the P&L as well as contract execution.

You will set and respect the budget for the programs, aligned with Company procedures and the programs profitability, support the Avio Aero Program Control Board process, participating and supporting any applicable review with Customers while managing and supporting the margin expansion initiatives for the Company.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Manage Programs revenues, contribution margins and ensuring program profitability
- Manage Contract(s) maximizing benefits and opportunities
- Meet Company economics/financial and contractual targets within the allocated budget, including margin expansion initiatives
- Update the budget, business plan, economics (REV, GM, etc), financials (collection, etc.), program KPI
- Perform regular risk assessments, responsible for the execution of mitigation activities to address key risks
- Meet the Program milestones in terms of timing, financials and quality - Lead the crossfunctional Program Team (Engineering, GSC, Quality, etc.)
- Define plans to address customer concerns and maximize Customer satisfaction
- Lead the Program Control Board preparation
- Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer needs through the negotiations, until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting
- Responsible for archiving the contractual documentation and correspondence with the Customers
- Responsible for order and contract management tasks/duties as required
- Address program management problems before they occur
- Be the Customer voice within the Company

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, preferred graduation in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or other relevant qualification
- Project management skills and results oriented
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects and cross functional teams
- Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks
- Proactive and able to work with an entrepreneurial approach in a multidimensional environment
- Customer oriented
- Negotiation ability
- Knowledge of financial/business concepts, contract management
- Knowledge of office automation
- Knowledge of SAP
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English languages

**Desired Characteristics**
- Previous knowledge og P&W programs
- Previous experience in the Aviation Industry in Program management
